Frontline Workers Family Portrait Giveaway

2020 has been such a rollercoaster of a year, but even with the many (many) ups and downs that these past few months have brought, we know all too well that our little family has so much to be grateful for. Food on the table, a roof over our heads, our daughter, a beautiful baby girl born just before the pandemic, and above all our health and time together. We also know that so much of the health, happiness and safety we currently enjoy is due almost entirely to the tireless efforts of our community's frontline worker families. Our grocery store provides free curbside pickup, our pediatrician's office has stringent safety measures in place to protect our family, our sanitation workers allow us to keep our home neat and clean, and our postal carriers bring all types of snail mail (and let's be honest, lots of amazon packages) daily. The list goes on and on.And so as a special thank you as we head into the holiday season this year, Martha Swann Photography is happy to announce the Frontline Worker Family Portrait Giveaway, which will gift a free family portrait session to a frontline worker and their family here in Western Pennsylvania.The giveaway is hosted through Facebook & instagram, and you can enter there yourself or nominate a frontline worker that you love! The winner of the giveaway will be chosen and notified on Thanksgiving Day, and all giveaway entrants will also receive a special portrait offer as a thank you for participating!

What: A free family portrait session for a front line worker’s family

Where: The session can take place anywhere in Western PA (in the Pittsburgh, Meadville or Erie areas etc.)

Why: We're so grateful to all of the frontline workers who have kept us healthy and safe as we look forward to celebrating our first holiday season as Pennsylvanians!

When: The Frontline Worker Family Portrait Giveaway will run from 12:00AM EST November 16, 2020 to 11:59PM EST November 25, 2020. The winner will be selected at random and notified on Thanksgiving day via Facebook or Instagram DM & tagged in an Facebook & Instagram post announcing the contest results!

The family portrait session can be scheduled by the winner of the contest any time in 2020 or 2021 (subject to studio availability & local, state & federal guidelines for small business operations & social distancing).

Rules & fine print:

1. This giveaway is for one one-hour family outdoor portrait session for a frontline worker’s family. A family session can include couple portraits, family portraits with your fur babes (please bring all of your dogs!), newborn sessions, maternity sessions etc. but portrait giveaway sessions are limited to immediate family members only (no third cousins and nieces twice removed for this one particular giveaway…. maybe next time!)
2. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or coordinated by Facebook or instagram
3. Covid-19 pandemic frontline workers include but are not limited to: staff/employees of hospitals, clinics & other healthcare providers serving their communities, law enforcement officers, emergency service providers, fire fighters, employees of grocery stores, employees of pharmacies, sanitation workers, delivery service workers, etc.
4. Your portrait session must be booked before December 31, 2021 (so you have a full year to use your session if you'd prefer to have your photos taken when it's warm and sunny, or if availability is limited do to Covid concerns or scheduling conflicts!) 
5. Your portrait session must take place within the Western Pennsylvania area (or up to 100 miles from Meadville, PA)
6. While you and your family members cozy up together outdoors, your photographer (me!) will be masked during the session, maintaining social distance, and following the current Covid safety measures to ensure we’re able to be as safe as possible! I’d love to have a Facetime or Zoom date beforehand so we can see each other sans masks and get to know one another ahead of time & plan outfits/location & learn what portraits you’d most love captured!
7. Your portrait gallery will be delivered digitally and be available for online (full print-resolution) downloads for a full 90 days following your session!

As a thank you for participating all contest entrants receive a FREE framed 5X7” print or $50 gallery print credit when booking any full priced family portrait session in 2020 or 2021!
